Pinball! Intermediate Scratch

Ages: 8+ Wednesdays 1:00-2:30 PM PST - 6 weeks

Class Info

This class is intended for students who already have a basic understanding of Scratch and are ready for more challenging programs. Design and program your own Pinball game! Learn basic physics as we program our ball to ping and pong around our game - keep it moving to rack up the points! We will take programming to the next level as we explore more complex functions of Scratch. Students will incorporate variables, operators, and logic sequences to create fun and interactive programs. All exercises will challenge students to blend their own imagination and creativity with the world of programming! REQUIRED: Access to Scratch either through your browser (scratch.mit.edu) or downloaded (scratch.mit.edu/download)

Cancellation Policy

  • We can provide a full refund (minus any service charges) if we get notice of cancellation at least two weeks before the start date of the class.

  • If you need to cancel less than two weeks before the start date:

    • We will do our best to fill the spot with another student.  

    • If we are able to fill the spot, we can provide a full refund (minus any service charges).  

    • If we cannot fill the spot, the family is responsible to pay the class fees.
