After you complete your registration and payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration. I will also send out a Welcome email the week before a class begins.

If you did not receive a confirmation email:

1. Please check your Spam/Junk folder. Sometimes new email addresses are automatically sent to spam.

2. If it is not in your spam, please email us at Ben@BeyondtheToolbox.com or call/text (805) 665-3805 to ensure your registration was received.

I try my best to respond to all emails/calls/texts within 1-3 business days.

To pay with Charter School funds on our website:

• Select Pay with Charter Funds on the Registration page, and then BOOK NOW.

• After you have completed your registration on our website, submit a purchase order to your school.

IMPORTANT INFO about purchase orders:

• Orders should be submitted to the charter school at least two weeks prior to the class start date to ensure we receive the purchase order before the class begins.

• The dates on the order must match the dates for the class.

• Families will be responsible for any class cost not included in the order.

Classes are held at 8161 Loma Vista Rd. Ventura, CA 93004.

This address is our residence. The class will be held in our classroom created in our garage.

Families are welcome to drop off, hang out, or stop in at any time!

Nothing required! You are welcome to bring a water bottle.

*For summer camps students may bring a small snack if they'd like.

• Masks are not required; but are welcomed.
  

• Students will clean their hands before handling our classroom materials.
  

• We follow all California Department of Public Health guidelines.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before class begins. I often have classes throughout the day and rely on the time between classes to break down/set up class materials.

Please pick up students no later than 5 minutes after the class ends. If you are running late, please call/text me at (805) 665-3805.

There are 2 lovely parks located less than a mile from our classroom, Juanamaria and Hobert Park.

Harmon Canyon Preserve has beautiful walking/biking trails just 0.8 miles from us.

Simones Coffee is just 0.5 mile away, located at 7818 Telegraph Road Ventura, CA 93004!
