Minecraft®: Intro to Chemistry

Class Info
Explore the building blocks of our world through chemistry! Using Minecraft Education, we will create atomic models of the elements and their isotopes, and then see how they can be combined to create compounds. Learn how to use the Periodic Table and how to read molecular formulas. Plus, have fun crafting your chemical creations into special Minecraft items like colored torches, helium balloons and underwater TNT! No prior knowledge of chemistry or Minecraft is necessary.
