LEGO® Engineering: Movers & Lifters

Calling all LEGO® Engineers! Create and modify mighty LEGO® machines and vehicles that use tracks, linear actuators, turntables and more! Explore all NEW projects using the LEGO® Heavy-Duty Excavator kit. Connect with friends online as we build, test and play with projects that teach fundamental concepts in engineering and physics. Students will be encouraged to use their imagination and follow their curiosity as they personalize each project.  REQUIRED: Need to purchase LEGO® Heavy-Duty Excavator Kit #42121 and have the kit by the first day of class. Available through Lego, Amazon, Target, and other retailers. Parts list for the kit is also available on our Required Materials page for families who might already have these pieces at home (in this case, the Excavator Kit is NOT needed). NOTES: Having additional personal LEGO® from home available to supplement the basic projects is encouraged but not required.

Cancellation Policy

  • We can provide a full refund (minus any service charges) if we get notice of cancellation at least one week prior to the start date of the class.

  • If you need to cancel less than a week before the start date:

    • We will do our best to fill the spot with another student.  

    • If we are able to fill the spot, we can provide a full refund (minus any service charges).  

    • If we cannot fill the spot, the family is responsible to pay the class fees.
